I know first-hand how devastating it is to lose the person you love- countless sleepless nights, daydreaming and having make-believe 'discussions' with the person who isn't even there, and of course the crying that never seems to stop.

Most people don't really want someone new (and that includes you AND your ex), they would much rather keep the person they already know and love, but begging and pleading with your ex telling them things like "they're the only one for you" and how much you love them is almost guaranteed to push them further away.
To be effective at getting your ex back, you're going to have to be bold and do some things that probably won't come naturally for you in your present emotional state. However, please believe that if you utilize some proven techniques your chances for getting your lover back improve dramatically.

If you wake up happy and go to bed that way, consider yourself blessed and more successful than a lot of other people. That's what counts.
